61st Independence Day Celebration
Bonn Buddhist Temple
Sri Lanka has been independent since
04-02-1948. From that day Sri Lankans in every countries celebrate
their independence and salute their national heroes in 04th February of
every year. Sri Lankan community from
every direction of Germany regardless the ethnic and religious views gathered in Bonn Buddhist Temple
and celebrated their great Independence on 04 - 02 - 2009. Mr. Buddhi Athauda,
Consular General to Sri Lanka attended ceremony as the chief guest.
